Socksmith recently teamed up with Santa Cruz Waves to work toward a better environment for all. For each pair of Santa Cruz Waves socks purchased, Socksmith will donate $2 to ocean education programs through the O Neill Sea Odyssey program. The city of Santa Cruz has put into effect the Single-Use Bag Reduction ordinance, which places a 25-cent charge on carryout bags. Although this charge does not apply to online purchases, Socksmith.com is committed to helping reduce bag usage in any way possible. Our brick-and-mortar locations are happy to announce that we donate the money collected from this charge monthly to non-profit environmental organizations.
