Nose: With some underlying smoke and citrus notes the nose is nicely balanced, Some smoked meats and hints of black pepper and spices. 

Palate: Some smoke on the fore of the palate, with cracked black pepper, citrus and honey, smoked fruit makes a subtle appearance on the mid palate, tangy with some sea salt and toffee caramel, hints of lemon and soft dark cocoa.
